Meet the Team

I’m Tiffany Spaulding, D.O., founder and owner of Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa. My journey into alternative medicine and cosmetic care began because of my own medical challenges. After experiencing post-COVID complications, I sought alternative treatments and decided to incorporate them into the services offered at Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa, alongside general and family medicine. I’m proud to offer a space in Rigby where patients can find healing and rejuvenation.

Outside of medicine, I’m a wife, a mother, and an adrenaline seeker. What started as “Adventure Tuesdays” with my sister-in-law and friends—where we’d go hiking, paddle-boarding, horseback riding, and skiing—became a much-needed escape from the demands of daily life. These adventures were my reset button, and they sparked an idea: why not create a space where others could experience their own recharge? And so, Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa was born.

Our motto is simple: “Relax. Recharge. Rejuvenate.” I wanted to build a place where medicine, aesthetics, and relaxation come together in a truly revolutionary way. Upper Valley Retreat is not just for the elite; it’s a place for modern-day moms, dads, and anyone who deserves a little time to recharge.

I earned my undergraduate degree from Weber State University, then went on to complete my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Pikeville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kentucky. I completed my residency in Family Medicine in Casper, Wyoming. In addition to my medical practice, I am also an FAA-qualified Aviation Examiner, providing aviation medical exams.

At Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa, my team and I provide advanced cosmetic techniques using state-of-the-art, proven products. I’m proud to offer medical care, as well as pilot exams, all at our new location on 135 East Main Street in Rigby. With a warm bedside manner and a creative touch, I strive to provide the most revitalizing and rewarding medical spa experience for all my patients.
