Meet the Team

Hi I’m Quyncee Poole, a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist and Spray Tan Techinician. In my current role as a Medical Assistant, I help with patient intake, taking vitals, coordinating diagnostics, and managing electronic medical records. My hands-on training at Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa has sharpened both my clinical and administrative skills.

As a Certified Phlebotomist, I specialize in blood draws and venipuncture, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I also have an IV Placement Certification, so I'm comfortable with administering and monitoring IV therapy.

In addition, working as a Spray Tan Technician has allowed me to refine my customer service, appointment scheduling, and business management skills. It’s a great mix of technical work and client-focused care, which makes me a versatile professional in both healthcare and beauty industries.

I'm currently studying Allied Health at BYU-Idaho and plan to continue my education in Sonography so I can help moms and babies through ultrasounds. Along with my medical field endeavors, I am CPR & AED Certified. 

I’m always looking for ways to learn and grow. My goal is to make a real difference in healthcare by giving patients top-notch care and keeping things running smoothly in the process. I'm a passionate and detail-oriented healthcare professional with a strong background in patient care and customer service. From phlebotomy and IV placement to administrative support, I bring a variety of skills to the table. I love helping patients and always strive to improve their experience in any healthcare setting.
