Meet the Team

Hey there! I am Erica Polson— a Registered Nurse and Certified Aesthetic Injector at Upper Valley Retreat & Medical Spa. I specialize in neurotoxins (botox) and dermal fillers to provide facial balancing and harmony. I also perform many other services including PRP facial injections, microneedling, laser resurfacing treatments, LHR, and IV therapy.

I have been a registered nurse for 10.5 years and have been doing injections / cosmetic treatments for 6 years. My career started in Home Health & Hospice. After nearly five years of this very emotional job, I decided I needed a change— something that brought me joy and made me look forward to going to work. I found this is aesthetic nursing. The happiness was immediate and I have never looked back!

I did my training and became certified through the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Utah. I have done numerous in-person trainings and online forums to continue my education and keep up with best practice techniques. My goal is to make my patients feel as comfortable as possible and provide natural results that they love.

I love all things health and wellness. Exercising and taking care of my body and skin have brought me so much joy. I’ve personally been able to witness a change in my life when I started taking care of me!

I love my job and my patients so much, and I hope they each feel that every time they sit in my chair.
