I’m Deena Williams, and I’m passionate about the art of permanent makeup. With 24 years of experience as a certified permanent makeup technician, I’ve had the privilege of establishing myself as a respected professional in the industry. My love for enhancing natural beauty through skillful, permanent makeup applications has allowed me to build a loyal clientele over the years.

Originally from Idaho, I’ve had the opportunity to expand my expertise by working in various locations, including Alaska and St. George, UT. These experiences helped me refine my techniques and work with a diverse range of clients, allowing me to grow as an artist.

I’m excited to be back in Idaho and am now accepting clients at Upper Valley Retreat and Med Spa. The state-of-the-art facility provides the perfect environment for me to showcase my work and offer my services to those looking for lasting beauty.

Beyond my work as a technician, I’m also a certified instructor. My years of experience and knowledge in the field have led me to teach and mentor aspiring artists, both locally and across the United States. I’m dedicated to sharing my expertise and helping others grow in their craft, and I’m honored to be a sought-after instructor admired by my students.
